with 2 votes moved to 2/4, we are left with a dead tie, between 2/4 and 1/28.
With 14 members even splitting this down the middle we could result in a tie with a revote as well. Since the traditional time has always been right after SuperBowl, I'll propose we start 2/4/13 with RFA and UFA.
if anyone has objections to this time, and compelling reasons why we should start 1/28/13, please respond below
