1. Sometimes player contracts are incorrectly posted in a trade. If I notice it, I ask the owners to reconfirm as a courtesy. 2. It is your responsibility to make sure the contract you are getting in a trade is correct. Search previous year rosters and/or UFA Bidding and Trades and Waivers of previous years. You may even need our previous site mlbffocus2.conforums.com/index.cgi3. I always catch a contract error when the the years run out, as in Snyder, but it is impossible to catch all errors of 1 to 4 years. 4. No player should have 5 years left at this time. 5. Doublecheck your own roster against your 2010 roster to make sure the years are correct.
