From our Constitution:
Starting on the day our playoffs begin, new bidding threads may not be started. Threads with players that are actively being bid on may be completed.
A player may be waived at any time except the time from the beginning of the playoffs until free agency begins. Exception: if Player A is waived just before the playoffs, his 48 hour waiver period continues to it's natural end. If Player A is claimed, the new owner may waive Player B, if it is necessary to comply with roster limits. Player B may not be claimed. Player B's waiver period would start when bidding for free agents resume.
The waiving team may reclaim the player at any time (except during the playoffs) as long as the player has not been claimed during waivers or if there is no active bidding on the player after the waiver period.
The DEADLINE for starting bidding threads in 2010 is Sunday nite Sept. 5 at 11:59PM Pacific Time.
