Would mean if you start a bid at $2, and someone raises you to say $35, you cannot turn around and raise $36 just to reset the clock

What about the owner that raises to 35 and then next day raises to 40 to accomplish same thing.

But an owner can continue to raise their own high bid on another's RFA to string the clock along?
