What are we trying to accomplish with this one? Isn't it the super duper high bids not how many?

Idea would spread out bids, ensure players are available throughout. Minimize ability to raise high bids, since you would have your own exposed available rfa's

Max 3 bids per day on your own RFA's is what I intended - at least for the first 3-5 days of RFA season

(that would include bumping up your own RFA's)
